We do everything that we can to expedite your order. Our cut-off for shipping your order the same day is 3:00 PM Monday - Friday and 1:00 PM on Saturday. Fisher, Tekentics, and Bounty Hunter cut off for same day shipping is 12:00 PM CT Monday - Friday. Our average order is delivered in 3-4 days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Free 2 day shipping on all orders $600 and up. Free 2 day is Business days.
We mainly use UPS Ground and sometimes USPS Priority Mail based on estimated delivery times.
Product
Our return and exchange policy is very simple. 60 days from delivery, we pay for the return shipping. We only require the original packaging and the unit to be in good enough condition to sell as used or open box. Our competitors only accept un-opened new returns and require you to pay for return shipping and that's not customer service.
We are authorized retailers for every product that we sell. All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Other
We are only required to collect sales tax in the state of Texas.
We do not ever bundle cheaply made accessories with our metal detectors. The cheap accessories that are bundled with many of my competitors machines usually do not stand field testing. We only sell what we would use ourselves.
