• Metal Detecting Shop offers a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like new condition and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

• To return an item, please get in touch with us to request a return authorization. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we've received your return. Upon receipt, your item will be inspected to confirm it is in like new condition, and as long as the item meets the requirements for return, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued to your initial payment method. 

We do everything possible to expedite the return process, and Metal Detecting Shop processes refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving your item. However, please keep in mind that it can take some time for a refund to post to your bank or credit card company.
